Marts Food Forest:

In the autumn of 2020, the previous owner started planting the first two layers of Marts Food Forest (crown and intermediate layer). The forest is over 10,000 m2 and designed by Martijn Aalbrecht. Not only small cuttings, but also large trees of 4 to 7 meters high have been planted to create the framework of the forest. There are now a total of about 250 trees with 150 varieties.

During the weekend, Martin gives guided tours in 'Marts Food Forest' in his own enthusiastic way for interested parties who have registered. Once a week, if there is interest, a tour is also given to camper guests, during which the food forest concept is explained. This will be followed by a small tasting of harvest products and there will also be the option to purchase these products. A tour can also take place by appointment at another time of the week, for example on the occasion of a festive event, company outing, school trip, educational meeting, etc. (possibly supplemented with lunch, high tea or other activity; can be requested via the contact form).
All kinds of homemade products (syrup, jam, vinegar, likorettes, etc.) are also for sale in the shop or can be sent to you upon request - possibly nicely wrapped - (think of a healthy and fun gift for someone, a Christmas gift, a treat, or just because). .....).
